What are you work hours?

Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, we have crews working in the field 24/7. Yes, we can also set up short notice services if needed. We can accommodate any schedule, and provide emergency services if needed.

What are pricing/estimates based on?

Our pricing is based on individual needs. Every job is unique and different. We quote you based on your needs and the work you would like us to perform. We would highly recommend visiting and meeting with you before quoting you what is would cost to clean your facility. All estimates and quotes are free of charge.

What supplies and equipment does Cornat, LLC supply?

For your convenience, equipment, and normal supplies are provided by Cornat LLC. We bring all FDA approved, and environmentally-friendly cleaning supplies, however if you wish to provide other cleaning materials we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request. Green cleaning solutions are available.

Do I always have the same cleaning crew?

We try to use the same crew when at all possible to service your facility each and every time.
What time should I expect your crew to arrive at my facility?
We will set up a time with you that best fit your facility needs.

What do I do if there is a problem?

You can talk to the crew supervisor at the site or you can call the office and will try and rectify the problem as quickly as possible to ensure our guarantee we give you as a customer.

How does Cornat, LLC handle scheduled changes or holidays?

If you must reschedule or skip your regular cleaning service, we appreciate a notice of at least 48 hours. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a fee to cover expenses. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

How do you enter my facility?

Upon signing the contract you provide us with an alternative method to enter such as a key, security code or another method.

 

Do I need to be present during service?

No, you don’t need to be present during the cleaning. If you wish to be present we request that you notify the supervisor on duty so we can clean the area properly without being in your way.

What is your payment policy?

We appreciate full payment on the day of the service unless setup for a monthly billing. If a check is returned due to insufficient funds you may be subject to additional charges. Checks should be made payable to Cornat LLC.

What do I do if I need to request extra services?

Our employees are instructed to follow the work requirements listed on the service proposal. If you need additional work and/or services you may contact the supervisor on duty. We recommend that you contact our office in advance to schedule your additional needs so we can plan in advance and make sure we have to right equipment and materials. We also try to keep a schedule throughout the day, and doing unscheduled work may delay us from servicing our next customer for that day.
